Job Responsibilities

Cake Decoration

: Make and decorate cakes according to provided designs and guidelines.

Food Ordering and Cost Control

: Manage food orders and control food costs effectively.

Cake Base Preparation

: Prepare cake bases and decorate cakes (full training will be provided; no baking required).

Store Maintenance

: Ensure the store is kept clean and up to brand standards at all times.

Shift Management

: Oversee store operations during your shift and report any issues to the Store Manager.

Cash Management

: Handle cash and complete daily administrative tasks responsibly.

Customer Service

: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Health & Safety

: Maintain health and safety standards at all times.

Work Planning

: Plan the work ahead and work efficiently.

Communication

: Communication with staff and customers is key.

Proactivity and Responsibility

: Be proactive and responsible in your role.
Qualifications and Skills

Communication

: Excellent communication skills.

Customer Service

: Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service is an advantage.

Team Player

: Ability to work well in a team environment.

Work Ethic

: Strong work ethics and pride in work.
