RETAIL SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Full time position available in our printing consumables retail store, and website sales head office, in Barnet Hertfordshire. Retail sales and customer service role in a busy office and retail environment. Customer service for our two websites (sales / customer queries / live chat) and customer service (sales / customer queries) in person in our retail store Fielding telephone calls General administrative duties Processing Customer returns This role includes customer and phone sales and queries, general administration and organisation.
You should be able to use Excel and email (Outlook), and there will be training in our systems. You must have a meticulous approach and be a team player. Some retail/customer services experience is preferred.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO speak and write fluent English, and need to live locally to Barnet. Office hours: 09.00 - 5.30 Three months initial probation, salary 19,000, 20 days holiday per annum. Work place pension scheme with full employer contribution
