Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Call Centre Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, providing information on our energy-saving products and services, and booking appointments for our field team. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in generating interest and building customer trust.
Role and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information on our renewable energy solutions
Assist customers with enquiries, quotes, and order processing
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and lead generation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with the team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A confident and professional telephone manner
Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient mindset a plus
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
