As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you will be the voice of our marketing campaigns, speaking with customers directly via phone to provide information, handle enquiries, and support promotional efforts. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls on behalf of clients
Provide product/service information in a friendly and professional manner
Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
Promote marketing offers and upsell where appropriate
Accurately input customer data and feedback into internal systems
Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements
