We are now recruiting for a

Call Centre Advisor

to join our Allied Mobility department.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls from customers who are looking to order a wheelchair accessible vehicle and/or a mobility and rehabilitation product.

Hours of work are

Monday and Tuesday, 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm.

The salary is

12.60 per hour + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:

Provide an excellent service to all Allied Mobility's customers. Answer inbound calls for Mobility Solutions and Allied Mobility customers, asking qualification questions, and offering the best solution tailored to their needs, generating leads for our field sales team. Outbound calls to Mobility Solutions and Allied Mobility customers. Respond to emails and website enquiries. Courtesy calling existing customers who are 3-6 months away from renewing their lease and looking to start the renewal process, generating leads for our field sales team. Making sure that all customer data is kept up to date including opt-in marketing and capturing how customers heard about Allied Mobility. Follow up enquiries with customers who have not decided to have a demonstration yet.

To be effective in this role, you will have:

Exceptional customer service skills Previous sales experience, ideally within a call centre environment Great attention to detail
Previous experience of selling disability products and services would be advantageous but is not essential.
