Monday - Friday 8am-4pm 9am-5pm 10am-6pm Rotating Weekly
The role of Call Centre Advisor:
Dealing with our customers in a friendly and professional manner Assisting customers with taking a new policy or changing a current one Providing brilliant customer service Engaging with customers across diverse communication channels * Predominantly working with inbound calls but may be required to conduct outbound calls occasionally
