Role Overview:

As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, providing excellent service, and supporting marketing campaigns. You'll play an important role in representing our clients, ensuring each customer has a positive experience. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Support marketing campaigns by reaching out to potential and existing customers. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while resolving customer queries. Record customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team. Meet daily and weekly performance goals while maintaining quality service.
