Job Summary

Watt.co.uk are one of the UK's leading independent energy brokers, helping businesses get the best deal on their gas and electricity contracts. Based in the heart of Manchester, we're expanding our team as we continue to grow -- and we're looking for motivated, energetic people to join our customer re-engagement department.

You'll be part of a fast-paced call centre team contacting

previous business customers

to re-engage and update their information. This role combines

data cleansing, lead generation, and customer relationship building

-- identifying opportunities to save customers money while ensuring our data remains accurate and up to date.

Key responsibilities:

Calling ex-customers to re-establish contact and rebuild relationships Cleansing and updating customer data on our CRM system Generating qualified leads for our sales team Discussing energy needs and offering a friendly, professional service Meeting daily and weekly activity targets
What We're Looking For

Confident and clear communicator with a great phone manner Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, or lead generation role (preferred, not essential) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and team-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
