Telesales / Call Centre Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to managing both inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound calls

from clients and potential clients, providing information about our services and directing calls to the relevant departments. Conduct

outbound calls

to follow up on enquiries, leads, and client correspondence. Accurately record and update client information in the firm's CRM system. Schedule appointments and consultations for solicitors and legal advisors. Provide a high level of customer service, maintaining professionalism at all times. Meet performance targets related to call handling, lead conversion, and client satisfaction. Work closely with the marketing and legal teams to support ongoing client engagement campaigns.

Requirements:

Previous experience in

telesales, customer service, or a call centre environment

(preferably within a professional services or legal setting). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging calls. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure.

Desirable:

Experience handling

legal or professional service enquiries

. Multilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
