About the Role:


You'll be working on behalf of respected charities, handling both inbound and outbound calls with existing supporters or warm leads - people already interested in the causes we represent. Your mission will be to develop inspiring and meaningful conversations that lead to vital donations.

Whether you're new to contact centre work or already have experience, you'll thrive in our supportive, purpose-led team, helping to raise funds and awareness for important charitable work.

What We Offer:



Excellent Pay

- Earn up to

27,000 OTE

for a 40-hour week (pro-rata for part-time).

Flexible Contract Options:

Choose from 40, 35, 30, or 24-hour contracts to suit your lifestyle.

- Work from our office at the Pilgrim Centre (free parking available) After a period of training and coaching (we find a minimum of 12 weeks in the call centre is necessary), you will have the opportunity to work from home.

core opening hours

:

Monday to Friday:

9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday:

10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shift lengths:

5 to 8 hours, including

daytime, evening, and weekend

shifts.
