We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic
Call Centre Customer Service Agent
to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a courteous and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, orders, or technical support.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficient in using computers and customer management systems.
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
