Experienced Call Centre Advisor - Renewable Energy

We are Scotland's largest domestic installer of Renewable Energy and are expanding our Advisory team based in our

Paisley office

. If you have a proven track record in outbound calling and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

The Role

We are seeking an

Experienced Call Centre Advisor

to join our dynamic team. This is a target-driven role where you will be responsible for

outbound calling

enquiries generated through our website and online adverts. Your primary goal will be to

schedule assessments for our field-based surveyors

. While some product knowledge is beneficial, comprehensive

training on all our renewable energy products and systems will be provided

.

What We're Looking For

At least

2 years of experience in an outbound calling environment

. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong work ethic and the drive to be successful. A keen interest in the renewable energy sector.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a rewarding role with a competitive compensation package:

Annual Salary:

26,000

On Target Earnings (OTE):

38,000 (uncapped bonus potential!)

Hours

Monday - Thursday:

10 AM - 7 PM

Friday

10am - 6pm

Breaks:

1 hour unpaid lunch break, plus two paid 15-minute breaks.
