We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Call Centre Agent, with an eye for detail, to join our busy head office based department in Shrewsbury.
The successful candidate will be handling a variety of calls with existing customers, including, but no solely;
Contacting for service & MOT reminders, encouraging timely bookings and maximising revenue potential of visits.
Discussing the customers experience of previous visits, acknowledging concerns raised and ensuring information is passed along to the correct departments.
Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
