A vacancy has arisen within our busy and supportive Call Centre at King's Mill Hospital. This is a fixed term / secondment opportunity for 12 months, offering 37.5 hours per week.



We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Call Centre Clerk, you will be at the heart of patient care, ensuring outpatient appointments are managed efficiently and patient inquiries are handled with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide an effective and efficient call centre service for outpatient appointments and general patient queries.



Support the Trust in meeting national and local targets.



Adhere to the Trust's Access Booking and Choice Policy.



Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations across the department.
