E & S Services has been a trusted name for over 20 years, working with leading manufacturers. We're currently looking for a Call Center Administrator to join our team at our busy repair centre in Haslingden.
What You'll Do:
Triaging jobs and updating our internal job management system
Answering and managing customer calls professionally
Supporting the team with general administrative and ad hoc duties.
What We're Looking For:
Previous call centre or customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Proactive, flexible, and a team player
English language fluency required
This is an on-site role
