We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Accurately input data into the company's database during calls, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
Assist customers with account information, product details, and troubleshooting issues effectively
Identify opportunities for upselling products or services that meet the customer's needs
Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times, demonstrating excellent communication skills
Analyse customer feedback and call patterns to suggest improvements in service delivery
Follow company scripts and guidelines while maintaining a personalised approach to each interaction
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
Experience
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred but not essential
Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in both Spanish and English, are highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional phone manner
Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is beneficial but not mandatory
