About the Role:


We're seeking confident and friendly Call Centre Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls. You'll be the first point of contact for customers -- solving problems, providing information, and ensuring every caller feels valued and supported.

What You'll Do:



Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally Listen carefully and respond with clear, accurate information Record details and follow up when needed Resolve customer issues or escalate as appropriate Meet service and performance targets

What You Bring:



Excellent phone manner and communication skills Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities Reliable, punctual, and professional approach Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking Experience in customer service or a call centre environment is a plus
