Sales Executive



Location:

Part of Third Floor, Kingswood House, 58-64 Baxter Avenue,

Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6BG???????

Salary:

25,000 per annum plus OTE

Employment type:

Full-time, permanent

Working pattern:

35 hours per week and alternating shift pattern;

Week 1: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Week 2: 11am-7pm except Tuesday 12pm-8pm and Friday 9am-5pm.

Job summary:



Our DigitalPlus department are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team. You will conduct professional inbound and outbound communication with clients, offering new and renewable products that are available for their vehicle.

What you'll do:



Proactively signing up policies for existing customer lists. Responsible for making high volumes of outbound calls Increase customer loyalty Find creative solutions to problems Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements Understand compliance Providing excellent and friendly customer service Maintain the relevant diary systems to ensure and manage customer contact times Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of customers Provide additional support and day to day account management to allocated customers Ensure product explanation is accurate and full Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries and assist with retention of business Other reasonable duties as required.
