A great opportunity arose for an enthusiastic,
customer-service oriented
to join our Call Centre Scheduling team.
We are looking for a reliable Project Scheduler with great communication, common sense and customer service skills. This will be a hands-on role, offering you support every step of the way from your line manager and other experienced colleagues.
Main Objectives of the role
:
Liaising with customers and engineers for each project to book the required appointments, and responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Sending through appointments confirmation communication via different channels, such as email, texts, and also via our designated app, so we are looking for tech-savvy individuals
Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises
Do you have what it takes?
Good spoken and written communication skills
Customer-focused skills gained in retail, hospitality or other similar settings
Previous office/ call centre experience is desirable but not essential
Problem-solving skills to allow you to deal with complaints and challenges in a calm and professional manner
Excellent communication and writing skills
Timekeeping and reliability
Prioritisation skills and flexibility are required in order to meet commitments and deadlines
Organised and excellent administration skills
