About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Call Handler to join our office team. This is a vital role supporting our facilities management operations across England, acting as the first point of contact for our cleaning staff and clients.
As our Call Handler, you will be the friendly voice at the end of the phone, ensuring that queries are logged accurately and directed to the appropriate team members efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from cleaning staff and clients in a polite and professional manner
Log all calls accurately on our internal system
Handle basic requests and queries independently
Route calls to relevant departments and team members as required
Maintain accurate records of all communications
Provide excellent customer service to both internal staff and external clients
Requirements
Excellent telephone manner - helpful, polite, and professional at all times
Basic computer skills and confidence using logging systems
Reliable and punctual
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Professional approach to handling sensitive or urgent calls
