Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

What you'll be responsible for:



Answer telephone calls.

Create and maintain, up to date computerised patient records on NHS trust systems.

Update new referrals on to the trust systems, maintaining current referrals and end where advised to do so.

Provide an efficient and timely photocopying and scanning service to the team.

Maintain, scan and file paper records and information as appropriate.



You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust.



An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:



Previous experience in administration.

Previous experience of customer service.

Previous experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
