Camp Manager
on a part-time basis, working at one of our
Holiday Clubs in Basingstoke & Deane.
The successful candidate will share our
ACTIVES,
and will be responsible for ensuring a fun, active and stimulating experience at our Holiday Camp provision.
As a Camp Manager you will need to have experience of working with children and setting up a provision that is safe, fun & inclusive, you will also ideally have...
A passion for working with children
and providing inclusive, fun, and engaging activities for the children in your care. Alongside this, you will inspire them to explore their interests, assisting with the planning and delivery of games and activities. This will include multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play, therefore,
enthusiasm and organisation skills
are essential!
You will be
responsible
for ensuring the
safety
and
enjoyment
of the children in your care. All team members are required to follow specific policies and procedures, including accident and incident reporting, as well as health and safety checks as required. It is important to note that the children and families also benefit from
consistent, reliable team members
through the positive relationships that are built.
You will
manage
the day-to-day running of the wraparound and ensure our on site team conduct themselves in line with our
ACTIVES
. You will report into the Holiday Programme Manager and have responsibility for auditing and ordering food & resources when required.
All Camp Managers are expected to conduct themselves
professionally
and
communicate
effectively with all team members, parents, children and schools on a daily basis. You will be a representative of the organisation's brand so it's vital to always be a
positive role model.
