Are you an events professional looking to deliver a portfolio of high-quality events? Advancement are looking for a proactive and flexible Campaign and Supporter Events Officer to play a key role in facilitating and fostering relationships between Imperial College London and its supporters and prospects through identification, cultivation and stewardship events.


What you would be doing

In this role you will:


Take an active role in contributing to the overall Campaign and Supporter Events strategy Lead on the design, planning and delivery for individual events and event series from conception to evaluation Build relationships and negotiate event logistics requirements with venues, suppliers and other stakeholders Provide task management support to the Campaign and Supporter Engagement Coordinator

What we are looking for

Experience in events management in a matrix organisation, ideally within Higher Education or non-profit sector Experience working and negotiating successfully with colleagues and contacts of all levels to build and sustain successful working relationships, including senior leadership Ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload, producing high quality work to tight deadlines Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail

This is a full time, fixed term maternity cover contract for 12 months from September 2025 - date to be agreed with the successful candidate. This role is hybrid; the work location is White City and travel will be required between Imperial's campuses.
