About the Role
We're looking for a commercially minded, data-driven
Campaign & Communications Manager
to lead targeted, market-specific campaigns that drive consideration, conversion, and revenue. You will manage the delivery of product-focused marketing activity across CRM, website, social media, and paid channels--particularly LinkedIn--while championing performance, segmentation, and sales enablement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on measurable impact, cross-team collaboration, and delivering campaigns that directly support lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted product and market-specific campaigns across CRM, website, social, and paid channels.
Own campaign performance reporting including lead generation, conversion tracking, and ROI analysis.
Create and manage product collateral and sales enablement materials to support commercial teams.
Optimise CRM communications through segmentation, automation, and data insights.
Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
Support website content, landing pages, and user experience improvements to enhance campaign performance.
Manage paid media activity (especially LinkedIn), including targeting, creative development, and reporting.
Deliver market-specific communications aligned with audience needs and commercial priorities.
Use insights and analytics to continuously enhance campaign strategy and execution.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or CRM communications.
Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, PR, Events Management, or a related field.
Experience
Proven experience delivering lead-generating marketing campaigns and reporting on performance.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, paid media tools, and website CMS.
Understanding of sales enablement and product marketing within B2B or B2C environments.
Skills & Abilities
Strong digital and CRM campaign planning and execution skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Commercially focused with strong audience segmentation and funnel strategy knowledge.
Confident working cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams.
Proficient with CRM systems, CMS platforms, social media tools, and analytics dashboards.
