The Role:
We're looking for a
Campaign Delivery Executive
to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering seamless media campaigns. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Systems teams to plan, schedule, and monitor campaigns while optimising our media inventory. This is an ideal opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and execute campaigns using Salesforce and Broadsign.
Manage digital content deployment via Broadsign CMS.
Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis to provide actionable insights.
Support sales teams with inventory and system expertise.
Record client bookings accurately and generate reports.
Monitor campaigns using third-party verification tools to ensure quality delivery.
Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve campaign processes and systems.
Skills & Experience:
Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Attention to detail and strong data-checking skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Proactive, reliable, and committed to excellence.
