Campaign & Dialler Administrator
to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and monitor outbound campaigns in the dialler system
Manage data uploads, list management, and campaign configuration
Monitor Calls & campaign performance and adjust settings to improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., Ofcom, GDPR)
Work closely with sales managers to align dialler activity with business goals
Produce daily/weekly performance and productivity reports
Troubleshoot dialler issues and liaise with IT/support as needed
Skills & Experience
Must have minimum 2 years Previous experience working with an outbound automated dialler
Strong understanding of outbound campaign management
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools
Understanding of compliance requirements in outbound sales (desirable)
