As the Campaign Manager for Creative Level Campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in the creation, planning, and execution of our creative campaigns. You will collaborate with our team of skilled professionals to deliver campaigns that align with our clients' brand objectives and leave a lasting impact on their target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for creativity.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative campaign strategies that align with our clients' brand objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and digital marketers, to develop and deliver creative campaigns.

• Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including timeline management, budget tracking, and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify insights and opportunities for our campaigns.

• Develop and manage client relationships, including communication and reporting.

• Measure campaign performance and analyze data to make strategic recommendations for future campaigns.

• Stay current with emerging digital and traditional marketing channels and best practices to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in a creative agency setting.

• Proven track record of delivering successful and impactful campaigns.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

• Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative campaigns.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms.

• Knowledge of design and copywriting principles a plus.
