About the Role



As a Campaign Manager at Acquirz, you will take full ownership of 50+ active customer campaigns, collaborating with the Head of Email Marketing, Head of Digital Operations, and Account Directors to onboard, manage, and report on campaign performance both internally and externally. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, monitor, and optimise campaigns to deliver lead-generation targets across a diverse customer base and report results to clients.

This role combines email-marketing expertise with strong organisational and client-facing skills. You will play a pivotal role in building, monitoring, and reporting on campaigns, making and implementing improvements using email and design tools.

Success in the role requires the ability to work collaboratively and independently to deliver lead-generation outcomes for clients. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities



Onboarding, Campaign Planning & Setup



Collaborate with Head of Email Marketing and Digital Operations to onboard new and existing customer campaigns. Manage client communications during the onboarding process. Co-ordinate campaign data selections and extracts with the Database Operations team. Collaborate with copywriters to develop messaging and outreach sequences.

Campaign Management & Optimization



Monitor daily campaign performance and troubleshoot issues in real time. Optimize to refine campaign elements such as subject lines, messaging, targeting and timing using ESP tools. Ensure deliverability, compliance, and platform best practices are followed. Proactively recommend optimization strategies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting



Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs including open rates, reply rates, CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality. Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting insights, wins, challenges, and opportunities. Present results clearly and confidently in client meetings, providing strategic recommendations for improvement.

Client Relationship Management



Act as the primary point of contract for your clients. Build strong, long-lasting relationships through regular communications and customer journey planning. Present campaign progress, results and recommendations with confidence. Communicate proactively about risks, delays, or opportunities for optimization.

Key KPIs



Lead volume and quality Open, click-through, and response rates Conversion-to-meeting rate Client retention and satisfaction related to campaign performance

Required Skills & Experience



Experience in lead generation, marketing operations, campaign management, or similar roles. Hands-on experience of making campaign edits using Email Marketing and Design tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)



Experience in B2B lead generation agencies or outbound sales agencies. Ability to write or edit outreach copy. Understanding of deliverability, warm-up processes, and list hygiene.

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
