The role:



We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of bespoke client campaigns across FMC's digital media portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of creative and digital projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, deadlines, and budgets. You will serve as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and top-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:



Project Planning & Management



Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion. Create and maintain detailed project plans to deliver on time and within budget, while proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions. Uphold delivery excellence by managing complex, cross-platform projects that span digital assets.

Client & Stakeholder Management



Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, progress updates, and strategic alignment. Build and nurture strong relationships with dental brands, associations, and partners to ensure goals and expectations are met. Collaborate with sales, content, marketing, and leadership teams to align campaign delivery with wider business objectives and revenue targets.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Coordinate cross-functional teams -- including design, editorial, digital, and production -- ensuring smooth project workflows and efficient resource use. Facilitate communication across departments, maintaining momentum and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Motivate and support internal teams to achieve high standards of performance and collaboration

Quality Assurance & Delivery



Monitor campaign outputs to ensure they meet both FMC's quality standards and client expectations. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture key learnings, enhance future delivery, and drive continuous improvement. Guarantee campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining strong profitability and client satisfaction.

What we need from you:



Proven experience as a

Campaign Manager

in a digital media, creative, or marketing agency. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of digital platforms, media channels, and content production processes. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello etc Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
