We're

HYPE

, the new in-house creative marketing agency for the Big Ideas Group (BIG): a collective of companies spanning hospitality, finance, retail, and more. This includes B2C establishments such as bars, restaurants to B2B managed services within technology and finance.

Immediate start based in London Office.



We're looking for a

Campaign Manager

who can take big ideas and turn them into high-impact, performance-driven campaigns. If you're equally creative and analytical, thrive in fast-moving startup environments, and can build marketing systems that scale, we want to hear from you.

Here's what you will do:



Owning the strategy: Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results across our portfolio of companies. Setting up systems: Implement tools, processes, and workflows to ensure campaigns run smoothly from concept to reporting. Driving performance: Plan, run, and optimise campaigns across direct marketing, Meta, Google, and other digital platforms, always with ROI in mind. Creating stand-out content: Oversee the production of creative assets for email, blogs, FAQs, brochures, and listings that engage and convert. Diving into data: Monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and make data-led recommendations for continuous improvement. Working across industries: Adapt your approach to suit diverse audiences, from finance to food, ensuring each campaign feels tailored and relevant. Collaborating for success: Partner with creative teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers to bring campaigns to life.

What you'll bring:



Extensive marketing experience, ideally in an agency or multi-industry role. Proven track record of running campaigns from concept to optimisation. Paid media expertise across Meta and Google. Experience creating a range of marketing assets Proactive, self-starting attitude and excellent communication skills. Analytical mindset with creative instincts. Project Management experience and strong multitasking abilities Sales and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

40,000 to 50,000 per annum based on experience.
