Job Description

The Campaign Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, automation, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns for our clients. This core role blends technical execution with strategic oversight, ensuring all outbound communications across Email, SMS, Direct Mail, social media, and Call Centre. They are effective, compliant, and aligned with client objectives. The Campaign Manager will act as a subject matter expert, providing training, technical support, and partnership management to drive efficiency and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Strategy & Execution





Responsible for the creation of automated outbound communication programs and campaign journeys across all channels (Email, SMS, Direct Mail,social media, Push, Call Centre, FTP), either scheduled or triggered Responsible for the creation and ongoing management of campaign matrixes Responsible for A/B testing of email creative, subject lines, audiences, and control groups, and managing the subsequent rollout Responsible for campaign optimisation, including next best action, contact frequency, time of sends, subject line optimisation, personalisation,segmentation, and offer type Supporting clients with creative review, HTML editing, dynamic content, and converting PDF to code Responsible for the creation of audiences and visualising the campaign matrix

Technical & Support



Responsible for 1st line support for all campaign activity and trouble shooting Responsible for internal and client training on the various campaign management tools (e.g., FastStats, Peoplestage, and Maxemail) Responsible for testing and any changes that relate to the campaign process Responsible for demoing our campaign management capability to existing or potential clients Responsible for creating selections with the InfoSum bunker

Client & Partner Management





Responsible for the day-to-day management of our ESP partners referring, procuring, onboarding, and evaluating suppliers/partners Responsible for the day-to-day relationship with Apteco regarding campaign management services Support the relationship management with any digital agencies/partners Supporting solutions and account management teams with any projects that relate the campaign management services Responsible for supporting the account management team and increasing retained revenue

Reporting & Internal Activities





Responsible for campaign performance review and reporting, including Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Participation in Team Meetings Active involvement in Knowledge Transfer & Training activities General Admin tasks

Educational Background





Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Technical Skills





Proven hands-on expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) and Campaign Management tools (e.g., FastStats, Peoplestage, Maxemail, or similar ESPs/platforms) Strong understanding of HTML and dynamic content for email marketing Proficiency in database querying or segmentation tools for audience creation Experience with testing methodologies, including A/B testing

Analytical Skills





Strong analytical capability to define KPIs, produce insightful campaign performance reviews (PCA), and drive continuous optimisation A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret segmentation and contact strategy results

Management Responsibilities





Conducting Annual Reviews and Quarterly Check Ins Holding regular One to ones with team members Attending and inputting into Corporate Governance Meetings and preparing associated reports (e.g., KPIs, input into Board Packs) * Facilitating Cross functional engagement and meetings with peers
