To apply for this role you must have:

Proven experience of developing marketing strategies, and planning, coordinating and evaluating effective integrated marketing campaigns using a broad range of channels.*
Proven experience of managing campaign plans to budget.*
Proven experience of writing, producing and evaluating effective marketing communications for a range of audiences and channels, particularly email marketing.*

We are seeking a proactive and creative

Campaigns Manager

to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and support business growth. The role combines strategic planning, campaign coordination, and performance analysis in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of 20.77 per hour + holiday pay

Key Duties:

Develop strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives Monitor competitor activity, audience needs and market trends to refine campaign strategy Coordinate campaign delivery with execution and analysis teams, ensuring activity is on time and on budget Create and review marketing collateral, ensuring messaging aligns with brand positioning and target personas Track campaign performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to senior colleagues

Selection Criteria:

Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Strong copywriting and content creation skills, especially for email marketing Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines Creative, proactive, and up to date with marketing trends Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems Effective project management skills and ability to work under pressure
