About the Role



We are looking for an organised, proactive and creatively driven Campaign Manager to join our agency team, working primarily on the Stax marketing account. This is a hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all activity is executed on time, on brand and to the highest standard.

While the role will initially focus exclusively on Stax, there is scope to develop and work across additional agency clients as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Planning & Delivery



Manage the day-to-day delivery of bi-monthly, multi-channel marketingcampaigns, spanning print, digital, social media, PR and in-store activity. Co-ordinate the creation, production and delivery of all print marketing materials, including brochures, signage, leaflets, posters, banners and POS. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to brief.

Supplier & Production Management



Liaise with printers, fulfilment houses and external partners to manage production schedules, quality control and logistics. Oversee artwork sign-off processes and ensure brand consistency across all outputs.

Data, Reporting & Insights



Manage campaign data, including segmentation, audience lists and performance metrics. Produce clear, actionable campaign reports and share insights with the wider team.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management



Work closely with the buying teams, suppliers and internal agency colleagues to ensure seamless campaign execution. Support supplier-funded marketing activity and co-ordinated promotions.

Creative & Strategic Input



Contribute ideas to marketing planning, brand development and campaign strategy. Keep up to date with marketing trends, technologies and best practices, making proactive recommendations.

Commercial Impact



Help drive footfall, revenue and secondary spend through well-executed, commercially minded marketing activity. Support online and offline brand activity, including website updates, social media scheduling and digital optimisation.

About You



Essential Skills & Experience



Minimum 3-4 years' agency experience in a marketing, campaign or similar role. Marketing Degree (or equivalent qualification) Strong copywriting and proof-reading ability with excellent attention to detail. Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, manage workload effectively and maintain high standards under pressure. Confident IT skills, including MS Office and basic data handling. Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns within cross-functional teams.

Desirable



Experience within a consumer-facing or trade retail organisation. Familiarity with print production processes and/or agency environments.
Understanding of CRM systems, email marketing tools or analytics platforms.
