Are you an experienced campaign marketing manager with a passion for social media? If so, we\xe2\x80\x99ve got an amazing opportunity for you to join our marketing team here at Starbucks UK! You\xe2\x80\x99ll be leading the development of both in-store and out-of-store marketing campaigns and plans that focus on delivering measurable sales growth and brand consideration for the UK market. You\xe2\x80\x99ll take a lead on our alternative campaign cycles as well as managing our always on social work streams for the business,

To be successful for the role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have previous experience in marketing or advertising, ideally with experience in social/digital marketing and LSM marketing. You\xe2\x80\x99ll ideally have agency and/or client-side experience combined with retail and digital expertise where you\xe2\x80\x99ve worked with multifunctional teams to develop integrated marketing plans. Your relationship management skills will be key in this role as you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with our external agencies and business partners. We\xe2\x80\x99d also love to see your ability t think both strategically and creatively, whilst showcasing your experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver on business results.

As our campaign marketing manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll get involved in:

  • Supporting the UK marketing director and marketing manager to develop and implement our brand plans, tracking performance against our annual KPIs, financial metrics and competitor performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign planning process and implementation for our campaign cycles to support rollout of integrated seasonal brand and product campaigns. This will include both in-store, digital menu boars and out-of-store paid, owed and earned activities.
  • Developing and delivering insight led marketing briefs to ensure alignment across brand and commercial objectives.
  • Managing instore print and digital consumer journey in line with the EMEA playbook for each campaign period, working collaboratively to make sure we have the appropriate product parings and nominations to drive profitability and champion the consumer experience.
  • Managing campaign budgets, including production costs and media splits
  • Working with our creative agency team to develop guidance for local market including tone of voice and community management guidelines
  • Delivering with our creative agency a monthly calendar of activity aiming to repurpose EMEA assets where possible, creating repeatable formats and support the sign off of reactive content via newsroom and social listening tools to participate in emerging or rending conversations
  • Reviewing reports to optimise future contents and support our community management program
  • Supporting to develop and implement our UK LSM marketing program, managing the relationship with the creative agency to work closely with our UK partners to delivery best in class LSM campaigns to support new store openings, refits and combat competitor activity.
