Marketing Manager

Glasgow (1 day working from home)

A truly varied marketing opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to support an expanding property business. Overseeing all marketing activity for 3 different brands you will own and run the full calendar of marketing activity and support senior management. In addition, you will be responsible for creating a robust multi-channel marketing strategy and growing a marketing team.

This is a unique role for someone who is keen to develop their marketing skills and further progress in their career.

No two weeks will be the same, but you can expect to be working on the following:

Development of a marketing strategy

Social media campaigns, including paid adds on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Advertising opportunities

Content generation across all digital touchpoints including the website, property sites (Zoopla, Rightmove etc.), advertising (print/digital) and regular e-newsletters

Email campaigns and management of CRM data

Analysis of campaigns and website traffic using typical platforms \xe2\x80\x93 Google Analytics, social monitoring tools, SEO management

Competitor research and benchmarking

Creation of printed marketing materials such as brochures or flyers

Keeping up to date on the property and real estate sector

Requirements

Experience in a similar role would be desirable, with a proven track record in marketing and campaign management

An ability to work under pressure and to regular deadlines, as well as being able to work effectively independently and as part of a wider team.

Confident in content creation both copy and images

Must have a strong understanding of and experience in using social media, and be confident in copywriting for online.

Must have experience in using CMS, and be confident in effectively editing website content.

Adaptive, excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
