36,595.63 per annum

Contract:

Permanent /full-time 35 hours a week

The Role

: Campaigns & Insights Manager




Are you passionate about data analytics, student engagement, and strategic campaigns? We're seeking a Campaigns & Insights Manager to lead our insights function and embed a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.


You'll pioneer cutting edge data strategies that redefine student engagement and drive real change. You'll design and implement forward-thinking analytics frameworks, manage complex data systems, and turn insights into impactful advocacy campaigns that transform student life and position us as sector leaders.

at You'll Do



Strategic Leadership & Impact



Drive student engagement through innovative strategies that amplify student voice and participation. Develop and implement a future-focused data strategy aligned with organisational priorities. Lead evidence-based campaigns using real-time insights and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with elected officers to transform manifesto priorities into measurable impact. Build strategic partnerships with the University and external stakeholders to enhance student experience.

Data & Insights Excellence



Provide strategic data insights and visual dashboards to inform decision-making. Leverage predictive analytics and segmentation to anticipate evolving student needs. Manage large-scale research projects, consultations, and surveys to generate actionable insights. Drive data innovation by creating tools and systems that turn insights into action. Deliver expert training on data tools and analytics to build organisational confidence.

Governance & Democracy



Own and deliver the democracy strategy, ensuring fair, inclusive elections and strong governance. Oversee governance and democracy processes (including elections and bye-laws) ensuring transparency and compliance. Champion democratic processes as Deputy Returning Officer, guaranteeing accessible and transparent representation. Lead the Campaigns & Insights Committee, setting objectives and driving strategic initiatives.

Compliance & Risk



Act as Data Protection Officer, safeguarding data integrity and GDPR compliance.

Leadership & Team Development



Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth, accountability, and innovation.

, ensuring compliance and safeguarding data integrity. Is passionate about using data to

. Confident in

delivering engaging training sessions

and sharing expertise to build organisational capability and best practice. Understands

governance, democracy, and student representation

. Can confidently oversee and direct

PhD-level

research projects.

Desirable:



PHD qualified. Project management qualification. Experience as a Data Protection Officer. Experience in a charity, education, or student-focused environment.
