We are looking to hire a Campaigns & Partnerships Manager (UK) to join our Acquisition team! Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will be the strategic lead for new customer acquisition in your region. You will act as the regional owner of the new customer journey, connecting awareness, consideration, and conversion activities into cohesive campaigns that deliver measurable growth. You'll shape the what and the why of campaigns, working with channel specialists and agencies who will deliver the how. This role requires a customer-obsessed approach, ensuring every campaign is built on a deep understanding of our audiences and their motivations.
This is a hybrid role, where you'll collaborate with the team 2 days a week in our central Surbiton office.
