Due to our continuous growth, we are expanding our skilled team and are looking for a trainee Auto Electrician/Plumber to join our ranks.

The Role:

As a Campervan Auto Electrician/Plumber, you will play a crucial role in our conversion process, installing and maintaining the electrical and plumbing systems in our custom campervans. You will work closely with our design and fabrication teams to ensure that all installations meet our high standards and customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, test, and maintain electrical systems in custom campervans, including lighting, charging systems, and electronic appliances.

- Install and repair plumbing and water systems, ensuring they are efficient and leak-free.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Work closely with the design team to integrate electrical and plumbing systems seamlessly into custom layouts.

- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

- Provide exceptional customer service, advising on maintenance and optimal use of electrical and plumbing systems.

- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and methods in campervan conversions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an auto electrician and/or plumber, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in both fields.

- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) in auto electrics, plumbing, or related fields would be a bonus but not essential.

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

- A passion for campervans and the lifestyle they represent is a plus.

- A valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
