To provide high-quality administrative, reception, and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the campus. The Campus Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting attendance, communication, resource coordination, and compliance procedures in line with the school's values and safeguarding protocols.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration
Maintain accurate attendance and lateness records using Bromcom
Conduct daily absence follow-ups and record communication appropriately
Manage teacher cover when needed, ensuring continuity in learning
Support MAP testing logistics and associated admin three times a year
Maintain student/parent data via MyChildAtSchool
Collate and submit census data during the academic year
Create professional letters, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office
Monitor and order educational resources and stationery
Perform audits and manage stock levels for school consumables
Assist with photocopying, document collation, and distribution
Help coordinate school events, educational visits, and parents' evenings
Reception
Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
Handle all calls, emails, post, and visitor sign-ins in line with safeguarding protocols
Maintain the appearance and presentation of the reception area
Organise hospitality and manage enquiries with discretion and efficiency
General Duties
Handle confidential information in compliance with GDPR and safeguarding standards
Promote the ethos and values of OneSchool Global UK (OSG UK) in all interactions
Uphold all school and OSG UK policies, including Health & Safety and Equality
Attend training and contribute to wider school activities/events as required
Be a visible, supportive, and proactive presence within the school community
Person Specification
Essential
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using MIS (e.g. Bromcom)
Experience in school administration or a busy office setting
Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
Professional demeanour and commitment to confidentiality
Positive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude
Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable
Experience with school census processes and MAP testing coordination
Understanding of school safeguarding and attendance procedures
