Job Description

To include but not limited to the following duties:

Caring for up to 40 dogs (with assistance) in the dog day-care facility. always Encouraging the safety and wellbeing of all dogs whilst inside the dog day-care creche. Always Supervising and controlling the dogs. Playing with, engaging, and enriching the dogs' daily lives whilst in creche. Utilising games, balls, toys, and enrichment toys. Keeping the creche clean and safe to a high standard. Including deep cleaning on certain days, safe use of cleaning products and equipment. Safe us of PPE. Safe removal of urine and excrement. Always Providing fresh clean water. Feeding meals in a safe manner. Assisting with temperament testing where required. Assisting with various events ie Puppy Parties, Outdoor Events where required. Utilising the use of the time out pens or puppy pen areas when required to either rest or calm dogs. Carefully introducing puppies to suitable playmates. Other tasks may become apparent during the course and be introduced. Ensuring all apprenticeship paperwork and assignments are done and kept up to date. All Off Job Training Sheets are kept up to date.

Pay: 7.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
