Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Supervisor to oversee operations within our canning division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role is crucial for driving productivity and fostering a collaborative work environment. The right candidate will have recent/current experience as a Production Supervisor/ Team Leader working with CODI machinery.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production line to ensure smooth operations. Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Train new employees on proper use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve any operational issues. Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and employee performance.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is essential. Strong with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in assembly processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to think critically under pressure.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
