Main Duties:

Oversee the operation and control of the food offer. Prepare and serve cuisine to high standards, with in-depth knowledge of menus and dietary requirements. Maintain clear communication across departments and ensure accurate record-keeping. Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH standards, including annual training reviews. Support administrative duties including training records, cleaning schedules, and diary handovers. Ensure compliance with financial procedures and minimise wastage. Promote a positive team culture and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Skills Required:

Experience in a professional kitchen. A strong interest in fresh, nutritious food and a desire to work in a health-conscious kitchen. Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude. A basic understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and allergens. A can-do mindset with the motivation to grow within a supportive team.

Hours of Work:

39 hours per week Worked on a rota basis to include some weekends

Salary:

13.13 per hour
