Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cafeteria Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility in GB. This role is vital in ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Join us in shaping a welcoming environment that values quality and teamwork. Your core hours would be Monday-Friday, 07:00 - 15:00, with Overtime as and when required, together with weekend cover when required.

Responsibilities

Manage daily cafeteria operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities. Enforce food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience, including upselling opportunities. Train and motivate team members to uphold company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria area. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality ingredients. Produce KPI's. Control of HACCAP. Managing the canteen kitchen and Canteen cleaning schedules. Above all, maintain a 5 Star food hygiene regime.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cafeteria or restaurant management. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Basic math skills for inventory and sales tracking. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous. Culinary or kitchen experience is preferred.
