The Role

As a Cantonese/Mandarin Interpreter, you will:

Provide accurate, impartial, and confidential interpretation services (face-to-face, video, or phone-based) Assist clients in public services (e.g., NHS, social services, courts, housing) or private sector environments Ensure cultural sensitivity and professionalism at all times Be a voice for those who cannot speak the language of their surroundings

What We're Looking For

You must be fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin Chinese and English.

Experienced/Qualified Interpreters

Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., DPSI, Community Interpreting Level 3 or higher)
Have prior experience in interpreting (medical, legal, or community settings)

Native Speakers & New Talent

No formal qualifications? No problem. If you're a native speaker with excellent English skills and a passion for helping people, we offer training pathways and mentorship to help you grow.

Job Types: Permanent, Freelance

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week
