Key Responsibilities:



CAPEX Project Leadership:

Manage capital investment projects from concept to completion, including specifying, justifying, and procuring equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

Equipment Implementation:

Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment, ensuring alignment with operational goals, safety standards, and production timelines.

Factory & Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT):

Witness and validate both factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT) at supplier locations and the new facility to ensure equipment meets technical specifications and quality standards.

Supplier Engagement:

Visit suppliers to evaluate capabilities, oversee progress, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.

Process Development:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Liaise with internal stakeholders, including design, operations, and quality teams, to ensure alignment on equipment requirements and project goals.

Collaboration with Designers:

Work closely with design teams to ensure products are manufacturable, prioritizing high-yield, cost-effective, and scalable solutions.

Vendor Management:

Manage supplier relationships for equipment specifications, technical requirements, and delivery timelines, ensuring adherence to quality and budgetary constraints.

Performance Monitoring:

Evaluate the success of new equipment and processes post-implementation, using metrics to ensure efficiency and identify further opportunities for improvement.

Your qualifications and experience:





Demonstrated problem-solving expertise, with the ability to identify and resolve root causes of unknown technical challenges. Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field, or extensive equivalent experience. Background in roles such as

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

,

Launch Engineer, Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

, or similar. Diverse industry experience is welcome - it's your problem-solving ability that counts. Previous experience of performing SAT/FAT Demonstrable experience managing the installation of capital equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Core Benefits Package



Salary: 45000-65000

The level of the position will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills.*
