Job Description
Venn Group are currently working with Lancashire County Council to recruit a Corporate Accounting Manager to start until the end of July 2026., * Leading on the delivery of a comprehensive finance service for Lancashire County Development Limited including the timely and accurate preparation of financial information for management accounting and statutory reporting purposes
- Dealing with balance sheet and cashflow, maintaining compliance with external regulatory requirements
- Preparing monthly/quarterly management accounts
- Coordinating month-end management accounts and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely completion of tasks, reconciliation of accounts, and submission of financial reports
- Managing and supervising the team's daily operations, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Have experience in producing annual corporate accounts, in line with the companies act
