Overall job purpose
To assist Project Managers in the implementation and monitoring of the various capital
schemes being implemented by the Economic Development Team including the multi
million pound North Anglesey investment and Peboc redevelopment. This role also includes the management of grant claims ensuring that they are completed accurately
and on time in accordance with best financial practices and in compliance with funders
requirements.
To be responsible for the compilation of output evidence for various schemes including
management of the beneficiary database. To ensure effective management of
resources, proper accountability and compliance with statutory, professional and
corporate standards and to ensure that financial risk is recognised and managed.
Maintenance of a full audit trail and ensuring that all data regarding compliance is gathered correctly and promptly.
