Job Description

This Local Authority have undertaken a fully review of it\'s operational property portfolio and are now looking to deliver several project workstreams that focus on rectifying both backlog maintenance issues and minor refurbishment works to approximately 100 properties.

They are looking for an experienced, qualified, focused and highly motivated individual who is able to programme and project manage this now fast-track construction programme.

The successful candidate will have ideally worked for a Local Authority property department or similar public sector institution and be able to manage the employment of external professional consultants and contractors through a public sector tender process.

Ideally RICS, RIBA or CIOB qualified, the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate their experience in delivering successful construction projects from inception to completion including all aspects of project, contract and financial management.
