We are a family run surface repair & coatings company and we deliver cosmetic surface repairs, on site paint coatings and surface restoration solutions across the UK to various sectors from construction, social housing and marine to retail and other commercial/domestic clients.

Sites will undergo snagging procedures that highlight various damages to multiple surfaces on site - it's our job as a business to provide a service that repairs these items in situ to avoid replacement cost!

Due to our company strong/growing pipeline of works - we now need you!

Benefits offered;

26k-30k basic pa. (This is on a individual basis and subject to experience). Great overtime earning potential. Earn a signing on bonus of 250 if you introduce a friend/contact who joins us! Requirements of the role;

Full UK driving licence and a valid passport. Must be professional, reliable, flexible and positive and enjoy working by yourself and as part of a team. 40 hours per week (8am till 4:30pm arriving on site at 7:45am regardless of location). Plus scheduled weekend overtime rota.

Must be willing to work unsocial hours and working away staying over (if a client requires) as well as understanding that driving is a big part of the job as our site locations can be anywhere in the UK even though we focus our marketing on the NW (No travel time is paid as you gain the benefits from a company vehicle covered).

Must be physically fit in order to pack, lift and load/ unload the vehicle, dismantle and reassemble access towers and complete all of your hours to a high standard of delivery. Attitude is everything and we want those with a great one!

Responsibilities of a Technician;

Follow all technician company quality standards, communication and driving codes and complete on site working related (iPhone app) documents and vehicle checks. Attending various sites liaising with site management and carrying out various surface repairs and on site paint coatings as instructed by the site teams. Manage and maintain stock supplies to ensure you are always able to carry out your role as a multiskilled tech.
