Paint Sprayer / Decorator for Kitchens & Fitted Furniture

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer / Furniture Decorator to join our growing team at Callaghan Interiors.

As a high-end kitchen and interiors company, we take pride in delivering beautifully crafted spaces with a real focus on quality and detail. This role is all about ensuring the final finish of our projects meets the highest standard.

The role is primarily workshop-based, working in our spray booth, with travel to client sites for on-site painting, snagging, and finishing touches.

We're after someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, organised approach to managing their own workload. Professionalism, reliability, and genuine pride in your work are essential.

Experience is preferred but not essential -- training can be provided for the right candidate with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Spraying and finishing kitchen doors, panels, and fitted furniture to a high standard Hand-painting kitchens and furniture using brush and roller techniques Filling, caulking, and sanding where required Completing snagging works and final finishing on-site Visiting multiple client sites to ensure projects are finished to perfection Assisting with kitchen and furniture installations as needed Supporting with deliveries, site clearances, and loading materials when required Keeping workspaces and workshops clean and tidy Maintaining a clean and organised work environment and vehicle Taking ownership of your role and contributing to process improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in kitchen/fitted furniture decorating and finishing Professional-level paint spraying and decorating skills Exceptional attention to detail and a high-quality finish Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently and across multiple locations Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude Flexible and reliable with good time management
